This seminar underscores the advantages of installed fire protection systems and their role in loss prevention strategies. Participants will gain practical experience in the principles and practices of maintaining, inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting fire protection and detection equipment. This encompasses fire protection water distribution systems, sprinkler systems (wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge), and alarm systems. The program is tailored to address the specific fire protection systems and troubleshooting concerns of attendees. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe sprinkler systems in operation. Field demonstrations will include the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems designed for hands-on training.

Registrations may be cancelled, transferred, or substituted under the terms below. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to TSB Loss Control Consultants.

• 30 or more calendar days before the seminar start date: Full refund, less non-refundable booking and payment processing fees.

• Between 29 and 3 calendar days before the seminar start date: No refund. You may request a credit voucher equal to the amount paid, valid for one year from the seminar date and applicable to a future TSB seminar. Please note that future seminar pricing may be higher, and TSB cannot guarantee the same training will be offered again.

• Within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of the seminar start date, no-shows, or leaving the seminar early: No refund or credit voucher.

• Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional charge at any time before the seminar begins. Notify TSB in writing with the replacement attendee’s name and contact information.

• If TSB cancels or reschedules: In the unlikely event TSB cancels or reschedules this seminar, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. TSB is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.
